In buses or MRTs, if you litter, you get fined. This shows we must keep public places clean. But, it seems different for taxis. People can litter, eat, or drink there without trouble.
If a taxi driver smokes in his taxi, he gets fined. This rule is good for keeping the air clean and safe. But why doesn't it seem the same for passengers in taxis?
This situation makes us ask about fairness. Why do some rules apply in one place but not in another?
